Stabsmusikkorps Der Bundeswehr

Staff band of the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Founded on 16 February 1957 in Rheinbach/Germany as "Lehrmusikkorps der Bundeswehr". In 1959 it was moved to the present-day location in Siegburg and renamed to "Stabsmusikkorps der Bundeswehr". Since 1st of July 2000 it acts as the concert orchestra of the Bundeswehr under the name [a3804651], while the former Heeresmusikkorps 400 / HMK400 in Berlin is named "Stabsmusikkorps der Bundeswehr" since then.
