After watching the movie “Cool Hand Luke” so beautifully portrayed by Paul Newman, Lola wrote the lyrics “Innocent Man”. Americanna with a touch of Gospel and a chain gang beat. At the DAG Songwriters Retreat Nundle, NSW, she met up with Miguel Rios a well known singer/songwriter on the Melbourne scene and Martin Sykes a well known session musician/composer from Queensland and Innocent Man was born.
