Double A-side single containing the opening and ending themes of the anime Clannad After Story. Romanization of Track 1, 3 and 6 is "Toki wo Kizamu Uta", which was based on the instrumental track "Onaji Takami he" from the Clannad Original Soundtrack. Tracks 5 and 6 are instrumental versions of Tracks 1 and 2 respectively.
