Lær At Synge Refrainsang --- 1959

Course for crooning 50's style, 3 EP's housed in a 7" X 8" book. The audio features vocal instructions by operatic singer Immanuel Franksen and him accompanying Birthe Wilke on Piano in short sequences of some of her hit songs. The release was promoted in the weekly magazine Ugebladet Tempo No. 46, November 17, 1959 with an ordering coupon. Course takers were allowed entering a talent show in which the prize was a full singing education by Birthe Wilke's teacher Immanuel Franksens at his "Musikdramatiske Skole". Plus the chance to record a record. The records in the couse were at Philips Danish studio, produced by Bruno Henriksen, on a single day in September/October 1959. The price at the time was DKK 28.50 + shipping.
