This was the Canadian branch of [l=Somerset Entertainment]. They were acquired by Mood Media Corporation on November 25, 2009. The company was dissolved on January 1, 2011 and this division was renamed [l=Mood Media Entertainment Ltd.] In 2013 they were sold to [l=Allegro Corporation] which revived the Somerset name. Today the Canadian company is called Somerset Group Ltd. and is based in Toronto.
