Canadian record label established by [a=Jeff Smith (32)]'s Change Records Inc. in 1979. It was set up to release one-shot singles to test the marketplace and to release material licensed from foreign record companies on InterDisc/Apex. Sold along with Change Records Inc. to [a=Syd Kessler]'s Kessler Music Corp. in 1980.
