There was one pressing of this, 2000 copies pressed in total, approximately half for the United States and the rest for Europe, each had a different sleeve. Coalition Records (Europe) had a crowd shot, Gloom Records (United States) had the Phantom Of The Opera. Coalition also made a Limited Edition silk screened sleeve to help sell off the final remaining 100 copies.
