Released in a 6-panel Digipak with clear trays on the middle and right inner panel and tube pocket for the booklet on the left panel; includes a 12-page booklet. All track durations are taken from the release (printed on the back sleeve) and differ marginal (<= 5 sec) from durations measured by a computer.
