Although labeled as "Volume 81", this is Volume 1 of Warner Music Canada's "Dance Disc" series of promotional CD's, and the first one to carry the Dance Disc name. This is indicated by the fact that the catalog number ends in "001" instead of "081", and also because Warner Canada [url=https://www.discogs.com/release/9806747] released a 'real' "Volume 81" of their regular Promotional CD series[/url] alongside this one. That volume is the one that carries the correct catalog number ending in "081" to match its volume number. From this point on the two series "split off": the standard [url=https://www.discogs.com/label/519986-Warner-Music-Canada-Promotional-CD]"Warner Music Canada Promotional CD"[/url] volumes containing radio mixes continued with the existing volume numbering system, while the new [url=https://www.discogs.com/label/651532-Warner-Music-Canada-Dance-Disc]"Dance Disc"[/url] series containing club mixes restarted with a fresh volume numbering system.
