Housed in a hardwood hinged box with a paste-on list of performances and an insert with the following text. From the box (note that this box was made by a supporter of Aquarius Records and not the store)... "Various Artists - What's In Store? A Collection of Live Performances at Aquarius Records Box Set of 28 3"cdrs Edition of 4 (2012) "This was a concept I started more than a year ago: present a collection of live in store performances from an amazing array of artists on a limited set of 3"cdrs. Most of the performances were 20 minutes or less ergo limit the discs to a 3" format. Originally this was going to be a production run of 100 sold exclusively at Aquarius to raise some money. The challenges of getting permission from all the artists prevented this from happening. Each disc was printed and ripped individually and not every disc was checked for quality. All the performances were digitally recorded on a hand held device then converted to mp3 files. This represents one of the four sets actually assembled. If there is a problem with any one of them contact me and I'll replace it. A few of these have never been shared but they all represent the amazing diversity of artists supported by Aquarius and their customers. The store has been a big part of my life since I moved to San Francisco more than thirty years ago. It is a remarkable story to have remained an independent alternative music retailer for more than forty years. The store and their customers prove that there may be an endless stream of unusual music but there is never a bad note."
