Feast Of Heart

Overview

Feast Of Heart --- 1995

Added track times from playing disk in iTunes. This is an advance promo version of [m392480], with some different tracks and different mixes. There is no title on the cover, but the disk is titled "Feast Of Heart". According to the 2020 biography of Chuck Prophet by Stevie Simkin, "What Makes the Monkey Dance: The Life And Music Of Chuck Prophet And Green On Red", this disk should have been an advance copy of the released album, but a CD of outtakes and rough mixes was used as the source by mistake. Track 1 has an extra chord at the start, but otherwise sounds like the released version. Track 2 sounds like the released version. Track 3 sounds like the released version. Track 4 is 52 seconds longer than the released version. Track 5 sounds like the released version which is titled "Let's Burn This Firetrap Down". Track 6 is a different version of the track which was released as "Oh Mary". Track 7 is slightly different to the released version. Track 8 sounds like the released version which is titled "Madam Rosa's". Track 9 is 1:07 longer than the released version. Track 10 is shorter and faster than the released version. Track 11 does not appear on the released album. Track 12 sounds like the released version which is titled "Battered And Bruised". Track 13 does not appear on the released album.
