It's worth of interest to note that Jules Levy Jr. is the lead trumpet on "When Katinka Shakes Her Tambourine", which also features Larry Briers on piano & August Christian "Gus" Helleberg on tuba, while on "Monkey Doodle" (matrix 9574: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eoAZ6z7GfI) Levy Jr. is replaced by Hymie Farberman (Levy Jr. died on June 18 of 1924 of pleurisy). And if that's not enough, Briers & Helleberg are replaced on "Monkey Doodle" by 2 unknown men. The above information is taken from Johnson & Shirley's book "American Dance Bands On Record & Film, 1915-1942".
