'Deze cd verschijnt exclusief bij het magazine Jazzism'. (Translated: This cd comes exclusively with the magazine Jazzism). 'For promotional use only. NOT FOR SALE' The 2-page leaflet contains a pictured catalog of featured CD's and the front cover. Leaflet and CD are stored in a standard jewel case with transparent tray. On the back cover (bottom) the logo's appear of the contributing (record) companies / labels and organizations. They are: bol.com / Universal Music / Jazz Impuls / Blue Note / Jazzism The label number is 0701, but for all following releases the editors choose to change the numbering code a bit: the next issue would be 0207 and from that issue on all cd's would have a number ending with 07 (releases in 2007), 08 (2008) or 09 (2009). So, the series of releases, in order of date, correctly is as follows: 0701 (i.a. 0107) 0207 0307 0407 0507 0607 0108 0208 0308 0408 0508 0608 0109 0209 (this was the final release in the Jazzism compilation series).
