A2 and B3 recorded on a 4-track in Craig's Basement in 2002. A3 recorded at the House Of Faith in February 2001. B1 recorded at Suma Studio in 2002. The front cover only features the participating group logos. The spine give the full title as entered. The back cover gives the title as "4 Way Doom Death Sludge Core Split 12 Inch LP". The tracklist given on the labels of the record is wrong. An errata insert with the correct tracklist is supplied. This is the tracklist presented here.
