Comes in LP-sized box with a black & white, 12 page booklet. The booklet includes lots of documented details on the 4-LP Mosaic mono reissue, the original live recordings, their respective original and reissued Mastering, along with history of Chet Baker and Russ Freeman's experiences together. The inside page of booklet states: "This is one of an edition limited to 7500 albums."
