One option is - apart from the two reading passages - to consume it simply as an outstanding kind of electronic music. On the other hand it's possible to use the instrumentals like a film soundtrack to "atmospherize" selected passages of the novel Canyons by Ady Henry Kiss (published by Suhrkamp Verlag, Frankfurt/Main, paperback no. 3069).
