Track-by-track annotations by Bill Dahl and Keith Hughes. Edited and augmented by Harry Weinger and Thane Tierney. Bill Dahl of Chicago has written hundreds of album reviews, feature stories and various articles about music and musicians. He has been nominated for a Grammy(R) award for his notes to Ray Charles' Genius & Soul: The 50th Anniversary Collection. With Weldon A. McDougal III, Dahl is the author of Motown: The Golden Years. Keith Hughes of Wantage, England, is the author of Don't Forget The Motor City, a Motown discography, and he has written articles for a variety of soul magazines.
