Bičiulystė. Fellowship --- 2007
Skaidra Jančaitė In 2002, Skaidra Jančaitė graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, where she studied singing under the illustrious Lithuanian tenor, Professor Virgilijus Norelka. Jančaitė has collaborated with many Lithuanian performers and composers, has taken part in various projects, and has appeared at many festivals of classical and modern music. She has given concerts in Germany, Denmark, France, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, the United States, Canada, Latvia, and Russia. The singer's repertoire is broad and diverse, from Lithuanian folk songs to opuses by important 20th-century composers, including Poulenc, Schönberg, Hindemith, and Messiaen, and music by Lithuanian composers, avant-garde experiments and free improvisation. An artist of many talents, Jančaitė also writes music, holds solo exhibitions of photography, and takes interest in painting, dance, literature, theatre.
