Record plays at 45 RPM; B-side (Dra P) is in fact artist Drs. P himself but on purpose with a high female voice (after 'normal' vocal-recording played at higher speed). But if one plays B-side at 33 RPM the actual voice of Drs P. will appear again. "Dra" (abbreviation of 'doctoranda') was an old former female Dutch equivalent for "Drs" (abbreviation for male-academic title 'doctorandus'); not used nowadays, but indeed used here by the artist on the B-side of the label to correspond with the female voice which also adds to the subject of the song. Other example: orchestra/choir on side A 'Rudolf Wald' is German translated name of 'Ruud Bos' on side B where 'Bos' (Dutch) is equivalent 'Wald' (German). No different persons., only other artists-names which are part of the parody.
