3"CD with long snap-pack folder. Released in conjunction with a Japan TV commercial for the Isuzu Wizard automobile. The reverse of the folder has a photograph of the Isuzu Wizard. Some CDs had an extra promotional insert for the automobile. Features Japan only cover artwork.
