Track 4 is taken from "Calendar Days." Track 5 is taken from "Self Titled" EP. Track 6 is a demo version. Track 7 is a demo version. Track 8 was originally performed by The Police, and taken from "¡Policia!, A Tribute To The Police." Track 9 is an alternate version of a track from "Beneath Medicine Tree." Track 10 is taken from "Philadelphia Songs." Track 11 is taken from "A Cynics Nightmare." Track 12 is taken from "The Tops Of Trees Are On Fire." Track 13 is a demo version, and originally appeared on "Plea For Peace/Take Action Volume 2" on <a href=http://www.discogs.com/label/Sub+City+Records>Sub City Records</a>. Track 14 is taken from "Black Lines To Battlefields." Track 15 was previously released on "Because We Care - A BENEFIT FOR CHOC," was recorded at Nitro Studios, and appears courtesy of Glue Factory Records. Track 16 is taken from "Self Titled" EP. Track 17 is unlisted. The booklet included a survey to be filled out and sent back to the label. It included a contest entry to guess the artist that covered 'My Hero'.
