'Mesa' commissioned by the Merce Cunningham Dance Company and premiered at Fondation Maeght, Saint Paul de Vence, France, 1966 August 6. 'Pontpoint' commissioned by Cirque and premiered at Cirque Studio, Portland, 1980 March 14. 'Fwyyn' premiered as part of the production 'Fwyynghn' at California Institute of the Arts, Valencia, 1980 March 4.
