Recorded Live at Chicago House, Austin, Texas, on May 31, 1990, except "Deportee (Plane Wreck At Los Gatos)" with additional guitar and lead vocals by Lucinda Williams (background vocals by Mandy Mercier, and upright bass by Lorne Rall), which was recorded Live in the studio at 107.1 KGSR, Austin, Texas on July 12, 1992. Originally released on cassette only without the bonus track [track 16] under the title "Man Against Beast". Dedicated to Martin Wiginton.
