Part 2 of 3 of Virgin Records 21st anniversary, Limited edition, Special Low Price label compilations. Tracks 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11 & 12 were exclusive to this compilation at the time of release. Fluke's contribution "G.Feel.8.The Popsicle" seems to exist only on this CD, and is a remix of "Groovy Feeling" with the same vocal samples/chop-ups, but the familiar overtone synth riff known from the other versions is missing.
