Promo issued in a plastic slipcase with no artwork, only basic information printed directly onto the disc. The discs are numbered, apparently with a 3-digit number and with the name of the original intended recipient of the disc. The text on the disc references the band's MySpace sites, and also carries the text "Remember, a band is for life not just for Christmas!!"
