Bill Dahl of Chicago has written hundreds of album reviews, feature stories and various articles about music and musicians. He has been nominated for a Grammy(R) award for his notes to Ray Charles' Genius & Soul: The 50th Anniversairy Collection. With Weldon A. McDougal III, Dahl is the author of Motown: The Golden Years. Keith Hughes is the author of Don't Forget The Motor City, a Motown discography, and has written articles for a variety of soul magazines. His research has appeared in several CD compilations.
