Employing hand-made Asian papers, calligraphy, and historical image transfers, his work focuses on rich, multi-layered images exploring color, rhythm and texture. His work can be found in private collections from Washington to England and Texas to Maryland. JRR is fortunate to have Batistas support in allowing us gratis access to his wonderful work.
