This CD is a collection of the bands previous vinyl releases + a couple of new songs. The cover booklet has lyrics to tracks 1-18. English translations were available from the band. The name of the album (31 songs...) is slightly misleading, since even though the CD has 31 tracks, the tracks 11 and 31 actually contain two songs. The track Moderni Maailma is not marked on the covers and the tracks Akvaario and 130395 are marked separately adding to the confusion. Tracks 1-6 are new songs recorded for this CD (marked as Nie Chce Wladzy-1997). Tracks 7-8 are from different collections.
