Positive Violence, Spike In Vain, Agitated, Zero Defex, Outerwear, Offbeats and PPG recorded at the Island, North Royalton, Ohio. Starvation Army recorded at Moonliner Recording, Strongsville, Ohio. Includes a B5 stapled 12-page booklet (1 page for each band). "All pages were done by the bands themselves and do not speak for the scene as a whole. Each band has its own view, ideas, and opinions.
