Instrumental version on side B (not denoted on label or sleeve). Plain duck blue egg sleeve with diamond sticker on front with logo and track details. On A-side label: "DJ Special 45RPM 7 inch on 12 size DO NOT PLAY SCRATCHED GROOVES". B-side label is blank. Both sides of the vinyl have 4 set of grooves, but the outer ones on both sides are scratched, leaving only two physically playable sections on the inside (effectively a 7" vinyl pressed on 12" disc).
