This version has the additional 6th band on side 2. "CSM" in runouts denotes a [l=Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Santa Maria] pressing. Manufactured and distributed by Casablanca Records, Inc. Recorded and mixed at Record Plant Recording Studios, N.Y.C. The inner record sleeve features the lyrics to 'Detroit Rock City' on one side and the Kiss Army logo and membership information on the other side.
