Also includes Obi strip and 2-page liner notes insert in Japanese. Credits given for the "Forward/Return" EP only; there are no credits for "Torey's Distraction". Recorded in Spring 2012 by The Album Leaf in Los Angeles and San Diego. Mastered at SAE mastering, Phoenix, AZ. The Album Leaf is Jimmy Lavalle with Matthew Resovich, David LeBleu and Brad Lee.
