The Stand-Up Years 1964-1968 --- 2014-11-24
This release is comprised of Woody Allen's three stand-up comedy albums, which were originally recorded and released between 1964 and 1968. The first self-titled album was recorded at Chicago's Mr. Kelly's in March of 1964 (Colpix release #515). Woody Allen: Volume II, was recorded at The Shadows in Washington, D.C. in 1965 (Colpix release #488). The Third Woody Allen Album, was recorded at Eugene's in San Francisco and would be released in 1968 (Capitol #2986). The original pressings are no longer in print and are now collector's items.
