The Great Cantatas Volume 4 --- 1971-09-00

Two page leaflet with texts and translations included. "An ERATO OF PARIS recording, released exclusively in Australia by World Record Club." Australian WRC 1st pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. "S/4994" on sleeve, "S-4994" on labels. Reissued in September 1973 - pressing variations unknown (the 1st pressing would have a soft polythene bag holding the vinyl - by late 1973, the less clingy and less transparent type of plastic was being used. But this is hardly a definitive test 40-odd years later...). The labels feature the second incarnation of the blue 'herald' label - the lighter tone of aqua blue that did not change for many years, and mixed fonts (catalogue number in short/squat font, headers in tall, narrow font), all text bold, with some text in italics.
