"Mutant Area" is a monthly review on the french webzine SeekSickSound. Underground labels, newcomers, netlabels, self-released, young artists, DIY releases, free downloads… Every month, we select the avant-garde of deviant electronic music, between IDM, noise, industrial techno, future beats, ambient, experimental bass music, breakcore, chiptune or electronica. For this 24-tracks compilation, we picked up our favorites tracks of the year, all reviewed in the "Mutant Area" monthly selection.
