Is Vic There? --- 1993
T1-12 make up the original tracklisting of the unissued Department S album (was to be entitled "Sub-Stance"). T13, 15 and 17 were single B-sides. T16 was a single A-side. T14 is one of two foreign versions of "Is Vic There?" (The French version is to be found on The Stiff Box Set). Sleeve features a text by Gary Crowley (March 1993). Release title on front and back sleeve printed as "Is Vic There" (without question mark) and on the spine & disc as "Is Vic There?"
