Tracks 56-60 from "Thank You for Killing Me" 7" picture disk EP (Paralogy Records). In the liner notes are lyrics for "Growin' A Arm," a track which does not appear on this release. Errors in the track list on the back of the CD: "Restraining Order" (track 46) is listed as track 45 and "Thaw Walt" (track 57) is listed as track 56. The catalog number VMFM 40 appears on spine and rear of case, while VMFM 40CD appears on the disc itself.
