Date of reissue is unknown. Artwork is low quality photocopy and booklet doesn't contain the inner pages with artists' info, but audio on disc is lossless. "Eclectic Avenue" printed on disc and cover, but not spine. "1965-1974" printed on spine only. Some listed track times incorrect, correct times above. Note: [a=The Five Canadians] (referred to here as Five Canadians) were not actually a Canadian band.
