Issued in a plain white paper inner sleeve. No outer sleeve. Some copies have TANYA DONNELLY "SLIDING + DIVING" handwritten in blue ink on side A center label. Side B label is blank. Some copies contain an A4 information sheet from RTM Sales and Marketing detailing release formats, dealer prices, background, and sales points/marketing. Credits listed here are those available from sheet. See images. Never commercially issued as a 12", but the matrix numbers are consistent with 4AD catalog numbering for 12" EP/single formats. All runouts are hand-etched.
