Available through mail-order only. The cassette was released in a small VHS-video style case with 32-page booklet. Additional info about the tracks was printed in the ad for this cassette. All suffixes are appended where applicable. Track B2 is mistitled 'Crawling Hard' in the booklet but is correctly titled in the magazine advert.
