No catalogue number. Tracks 2-1, 2-5 to 2-7 (2000); Track 2-2 (1997); Track 2-4 (1998); Track 2-8 (1983); Track 2-9 (1984); Track 2-10 (1982). During the mastering process, "The Mist Rolls In..." (2000) was not included in the box set. MMM056 [2] Disc 3: Originally released December 2001, 50 copies with stickered sleeves, silver discs with marker pen title. No catalog number. MMM056 [3] Disc 4: Originally released December 2002, 50 copies 3" cdr in stickered plastic sleeve, silver discs with marker pen title. No catalogue number.
