This CD is a full 30 minute workout programme that has been devised by fitness instructor and Aerobics Teacher Malcolm Rowe. This full 30 minute workout has been set up to the music of Ashley Hutchings, founder member of such British folk supergroups as [a102994], and [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/376750-Albion-Band-The]The Albion Band[/url] A unique way to workout for those who prefer a little less techno and a more earthy sound. It is also an ideal opportunity for those not too familiar with folk music to enjoy these tunes, whilst exercising to the music. The first section of this CD (tracks 1-6) come with a full narrative of the workout by Malcolm Rowe, a fully qualified fitness and gym instructor, and is followed by the music only.
