Released only in Japan in a special jewelcase with white double-disc tray and an obi strip. The booklet features album artwork, various band photos, an introduction by the vocalist, credits and lyrics to all songs. A translation is included as a huge double-sided insert. Despites all recordings and videos have been published before, track 19 is a bonus track and has light variations to the album version.
