Tracks 1 to 6 are taken from the LP [r=111687]. Track 7 is taken from the 12"/7" [r=399160] Track 8 is taken from the extra material on the special edition of [r=700525]. Track 9 is an untitled bonus track. Traycard lists the date as 1999, but not released until 2001.
