A "Special Issue" collection of French, USA, UK and Bahamian artists issued by the French music magazine "Extra". French artists on side A, with USA, UK and Bahamian artists on side B. Front cover is a collage of "Extra" magazine covers. Back cover includes a brief biography of each artist in French, a photograph of each artist and photo credits on the bottom edge of the back cover. "Realisation Laurent Thibault" below photo credits. "L'actualite de la pop music, de la chanson et du cinema" [The actuality of pop music, song and cinema] "Juin 1971/Numero Special/Serie Presse-Pop" [June 1971/Special Issue/Press Series Pop] Label errors: B1 incorrectly lists the track as "You Got Me Floating and the songwriting credit is incorrectly given to Michael Jeffery, it should be Jimi Hendrix. B2 incorrectly lists the track as "Obeah Man." B4 incorretly identifies the artist as just "Captain Beefheart" (it's Captain Beefheart And His Magic Band) and incorrectly lists the track as "Sure Nuff' Yes I Do," and incorrectly credits the writing to V. Vhict." "Made in France" on the label. "Imp. MSP. 808-19.10 Imprimé en France" on the back cover. These notes describe all of the credits and text on the cover. Exemplar label has handwriting in blue ballpoint on side B.
