Two pressings of this record exist; the (presumably) first pressing has a black label with monochromatic green artwork and text on both sides. The A-side reads "VOLUME 4" at the top, and "GANJA RECORDS" at the bottom. The second pressing has a black label with green and white artwork and text on both sides. The A-side reads "GANJA RECORDS" at the top, and "VOLUME FOUR" at the bottom. No artist names nor track durations are printed on either pressing.
