Sapari - Jewish Yemenite Poetry --- 2010

Roughly a 100 page hardcover book, half in English, half in Hebrew. The book includes traditional CD liner notes, credits and lyrics in Hebrew and translated into English. It also includes excerpts from scholarly works on Yemenite Jewish history, poetry and music. The CD is in a paper sleeve glued into the cover: the back cover if you are reading the English section, the front cover if you are reading the Hebrew section. The book is slightly taller than a CD jewel case and about the same width. "Note: The songs in this book are not quoted in their entirety.
