Overview

The Aerial #3 --- 1991

Track 1 is a digital acoustic recording made without any electronic manipulation, commissioned by the Deborah Hay Dance Company for "The Navigator", part one of the trilogy "The Man Who Grew Common In Wisdom". Track 2 completed 1989 as part of a larger collection of pieces, "Warble". Track 3 recorded directly to DAT at Stichting STEIM, Amsterdam. Track 5 recorded live to DAT. Track 6 & 7 recorded November 1988. Track 8 commissioned 1983 by Guillermo Perich, recorded at the first performance, 1984 at the University of Illinois. Track 13 is one section of a larger piece, "Core Sample". Mastering: Wakefield-Lauber, Phoenix, AZ. Compilation and design (c) and (p) 1991 Nonsequitur Foundation. The track index on the second half of the Aerial #3 cd is incorrect. Errata is added.
