This version has: • Labels printed in red and green, and marked "Copyright Control". • Back sleeve with "A LETTER FROM SOUTH AFRICA" added in Letraset type in the upper left of the white area. Includes b/w printed insert (45 x 30 cm, folded once) with notes and lyrics. The etched monogram in runouts may look like "CDW" or "DW": a single stoke is scribed from the loop of the central D to C to W (possibly "DCW?"). It may also resemble a linked Φ or O and 2.
