In the audio track, Crosley Bendix, Director of Stylistic Premonitions for the Universal Media NetWeb, discusses the Copyright Act on Over the Edge, Negativland's weekly live radio show. Catalog number SEELAND 008 refers the the package as a whole; SEELAND 008 CD is printed on the CD portion but the CD is not available separately. The "39." printed before the track title on the CD is an exhibit number, not part of the track title; the magazine portion of the release contains the preceding 38 numbered exhibits.
